Our Formation.We all spend our time in childhood by playing football, cricket, plucking fruits, schools, tuitions etc…. Years have gone, we have passed our teenage grown up and started thinking about new ventures, new creations, discussing about future…..! When we were in native we used to meet every day near that canal of Santhi Nagar, used to discuss everything under the sun, which has happened and will happen in our lives. But we never expected that we will be starting a team venture from another place like UAE, We TEAM DOLBY as we were known those days in 1995, we named our team as “DOLBY GROUP, Chengaloor”. We stand for.We all are born by the plan of God, Since God has created us, both birth and death of each human has been scripted by him in the beginning. When we hear about anybody passed away, we starts to think about what he has done for the world. We face this query, several times in our lives and we heard another echo as “What we can do for coming generation???”. To give response for the above query, we started working for social and charitable firms and by god’s grace, all our efforts for the society came out in good results. During our studies in schools, colleges and also in working place, we all were committed to social activities. History.As time passed and each one of us chose their professions, we moved to different parts of the world. Even though we were separated by thousands of kilometers distance we kept that flame in our hearts. During the year 2003-2005, some of the Team members reached in the gulf and we once again started to meet and discuss. In 2005 ten of our members gathered together in UAE. To make our bond stronger, we used to meet and share all thoughts. From May 2005 we have been meeting on different intervals and soon we decided to rebuild the team.On Friday, 8th February, 2008 we all were called up and gathered together in Ajman Corniche area. We discussed about our past memories and present working circumstances. We decided to rebuild our group and as it was with a proper aim, we moved to a more meaningful name “VCARE GROUP, Chengaloor”. Finally we got registered in India under Societies Act with registration number R-388/09. Our general body meetings will be held once in three months in different emirates of UAE. We also collected a fixed amount from the monthly earnings to structure the capital amount. As a business development, VCARE Group started “VCARE FLOWERS & GIFTS”, which help us to keep our memories for long by delivering Flowers, Sweets & Gifts for Birthdays, Anniversaries, Weddings, Appreciations or any other Special Occasions of our Dear & Near Ones. Apart from above, VCARE Group decided to explore our great chengaloor village to the world window. By leaving our loving friends, parents and all, we have moved to different parts of world and lives there. Our most valuable and fruitful time of life been spend in a deserted world. In this time of financial crisis we realize that expats life is just like bubbles in the water… it may float or break. Once we return from other places and settles in our village, we should not be alienated and should not feel that we never have been in touch with our native. Fore seeing these we brought forward an idea which even helps us to be more in touch with our village and also helps others to have a homely touch and that feeling of knowing our village. We presented this all into a product, which is also a window to the world about our village. During this planning we gathered some amounts from all members, this was done in small amounts. All these measures helped us to pave the basement for VCARE Group. As a business opportunity, VCARE Group opens a new venture VCARE FLOWERS & GIFTS. We are committed towards the poor and needy people and with an aim to help those who are in need, every year we will be contributing 25% from our profit for charitable activities. Floating Galleries.
              Our Memories.We still remember those days, when all of us near the Canal and Playing Cricket, Cards, Play Hockey with whatever sticks we have, play Football in the narrow roads of our village, used to play with marbles and gained benefit was even in the form of cashew nuts. We never left any of the Mango Trees, Amla, Champakka and even Jack Fruit Trees Free. We used to pluck Mangoes, Guava and Fruits from every neighboring houses. We as TEAM “BEST ELEVEN” used to Play Cricket matches, worked for Collecting donations for charity, by supplying Payasams for ONAM and Cakes for Christmas. Our TEAM was known as TEAM DOLBY, together we all worked, enjoyed. VCare for Charity.Our TEAM has been a part of charity works conducted in Chengaloor and most of us have worked for Karunya Charitable Society in the initial stages. We are committed towards this and we will be donating 25% of our yearly business profit for charitable activities. We were able accumulate an amount of Rs. 42,700/-, during the last year, which will be distributed for poor & needy people and to provide help for the marriage of girls from poor families.
